Imagine a school where you are both teacher and student.
A community of spellwefts writing stories of magic together.
A place of ritual & magic & lore.
Together we weave a tapestry that reflects the ethos of the collective, and empowers the individual to write their own story.
The Meadow is a space for knowledge-sharing and collaboration amongst fellow magikal people. It’s a space for cultivating self-empowerment and tools for self-actualization. It’s where we expose the limiting thoughts that keep us stagnant or crashing into the same wall again & again, and where we partner with others who are journeying the same path.
Something that has become abundantly clear as I’ve journeyed deeper into wizardry is that being externally motivated will always leave me feeling empty. Being intrinsically motivated is everything, especially when talking about something as counter-cultural as wizardry. Finding that intrinsic motivation is an art of listening.
Perhaps the thing that excites me most about human potential, is how we are beginning to learn how to regulate our own nervous systems. From this space, we are better able to manage our emotional states, which contributes to the ability to problem-solve more effectively towards the goal of overall well being.
The Meadow aims to serve as a mirror that reflects the complexity and congruency of the summation of its members. It highlights the synergy between us when we allow ourselves to listen and create things more beautiful than what’s possible by ourselves alone. Imagine all the members as mirrors standing in a circle around a central mirror. The central mirror is shaped just right, so that it reflects back to each member what ‘everyone’ looks like.
